Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the product has not been opened or altered in any way. All seals have to be intact. We label all our products to ensure we receive what we sent out (we have had an issue with that previously unfortunately).

If for some reason you're not satisfied with the product, don't hesitate to contact us, we will always try and work something out regardless of the "refund policy."

All products will always be sent out to be able to use before date of expiration. Everyone should be aware of the "shelf expiration." The "shelf expiration" labeled on every vitamin/supplement is for retailers, to notify them when to take the product off the shelf. The product itself, loses 2% to 3% potency a month starting 6 months after the date of "shelf expiration."

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of the refund.

If paid by PayPal, the refund will be instant. If payment was by credit card, refund should show up within a day or two.

Sale items (if applicable)

Usually sale items are on sale for a reason. We always try to be the lowest in price, so if we lower a product(s) additionally, it's usually because the "shelf expiration" is approaching. Therefor, we usually don't accept returns for sale items. Exceptions are always possible however, nothing is written in stone.
